The goal of this project is to build a robust, scalable, and user-friendly event ticketing ecosystem for the Swiss market, serving three distinct user roles: Attendees, who will browse events, purchase tickets, receive PDF tickets by email, transfer tickets to others, and request refunds; Organizers, who will create and manage events through a guided multi-step wizard, track orders and attendees, issue promo codes, and manage refund approvals; and Admins, who will oversee the platform end-to-end — approving submitted events, managing users, venues, and categories, and auditing activity across the system. While development continues, the coming-soon site introduces the platform's purpose and upcoming capabilities to early visitors. The platform is being built to integrate multiple Swiss and international payment methods for a smooth checkout experience, with clear status workflows (event approval, purchase holds, ticket transfers, refund handling) so every action will be transparent and predictable once launched. The focus is on a clean, role-driven interface, dependable payment processing, and an architecture (Nx monorepo, NestJS API, Angular/Ionic frontend) built to scale from day one.
